Ashley was born two months earlier in the same month, and she only weighed 2 lbs 8 oz. For a whole month, she was in the ICU. The parents of the patient were told that she'd need a heart operation on Christmas Day. The prayers were answered when Ashley's parents went in Christmas Day and were told by doctors that her heart was been shut. Ashley did not require of any surgical procedures. After being released, she went home with a weight of 4 1/2 pounds following being admitted to hospital for two months. The girl is now in good health. Her father's family is English and German. Her mother is from Ireland. Ashley made her acting debut as a Barbie Doll in the commercial for Salon Surprise in 2002. Ashley was approached first by Ford Modeling Agency when she turned eight. She was a steady performer in the print industry and remains with the Agency. As early as 10 when she was 10, she realized that acting was the way she would like to go. Ashley did 35 commercials before transitioning to stage roles. Ashley currently has a love for acting. Ashley's attention shifted to acting. She had little time left for dance and modeling. Ashley is well known for her character of Hannah Marin on ABC's Pretty Little Liars. Ashley had a small part in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love" and was portrayed by Solange as well as Romeo Miller. Ashley shot a picture together with Britney Spears in Vogue Magazine. In the NLT music video "That Girl", she is featured.
