Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento

Ashton Blaise Whitty (born October 1, 1995, at Berkeley California) is an actor. She's an actress known for Choices (2010, The Heart and Other Small Shapes, 2006) as well as Chrissie Mair's Content House 2022.

Asia Argento was raised in Rome by a film and actor family. Both professions she pursued herself. The Church, directed by Michele Soavi, was her first film role. She played Nanni's daughter the following year in Red Wood Pigeon. It was her career that really was launched with Close Friends, written and directed by Michele Placido. The movie was well-received at the Cannes International Film Festival. Daria Nicholodi was one of Argento's favorite actresses. She played the role of an anorexic child searching for the killer. Asia was a part of Dario's Phantom of the Opera, the third film she co-directed alongside her dad. Other films were Trauma and The Stendhal Syndrome. In 1993, she starred alongside Carlo Verdone's Perdiamoci di vista. She performed the role of Arianna an physically handicapped girl--an intricate, difficult role that won an award from David di Donatello for most outstanding actress. She also played prominent roles in the cast international in the film Queen Margot directed by Patrice Chereau. In 1995 she worked together with Michel Piccoli on Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio. This collaboration won her a David di Donatello award and a Grolla d'oro. Asia's debut short film was an episode of the De Generazione movie. Two years following, Asia became a director and produced two films. One of them was AbelAsia was a homage to her dad. Asia's first feature-length film directed by her was Scarlet Diva where she starred as the lead actress and wrote the screenplay. In May of 2000, the film was released throughout the world. The film was awarded a special award at Brooklyn's Williamsburg film festival.
